as my list specifies, march 1st was to be organizing day. i'd picked my closet..but somehow it migrated into my bedroom, which turned into a lets move everything around and evaluate storage efficiency project.
as i sit here now, coffee on desk, s. on lap there are clothes, shoes, drawers and other assorted parphenalia scattered about the kitchen and piled on the dining room table.
and i am fresh out of energy.
i don't know why i do these things to myself, you know? this is the exact reason i do not make a habit of organizing: i just enjoy it so much that i go overboard with it and end up organizing for days and days. my closet looks most-righteously-awesome, though. i finally bagged the clothes that don't fit - i've abandoned the idea that i will fit a size 6, 7 or 8 ...or rather, i've abandoned the idea of making myself fit that size 6, 7 or 8.
