saw lara croft in action again* tonight. keirnan wanted to go see the show and twisted my rubber arm. his synopsis of the movie: it was lame. it's not a traditional "male" action flick. which i think is good! i left the theatre on both occassions feeling rather empowered.
it was hot here again today..at least we got a thundershower later to cool things off a bit.
i'm off to order a new digital camera. i've been tossing around choices in my mind, but the cd mavica mvccd500 is the winner. i think it will be versatile and quite enough for this photographer. looking damn cool also adds a bit.
tomorrow morning, bright and early, i shall be off for a walk. at least i'm hoping to be anyway. and soon, i shall be able to add a new motivator, taking pictures!
the accounting/bookkeeping thing finally clicked. i'm not going to explain it because i don't think i'd be able to. but it's all set straight in my head and that's what is important.
what's the hardest thing to swallow?
pride. kinda sticks on the way down. i'm working on managing my mouthfuls better.
*just as fab the second time round. oddly, the same things hit me with this viewing as with the first. the quickness with which terry's mask fell, the eternal question: why does man have such a fixation with blaming woman for evil in the world? where does all that computer whiz's hair come from?
